finished yorknew arc in hunterxhunter, definitely better than before, but the pacing and buildup / payoff ratio is still shit

i get that the main characters are supposed to be retarded but its still insulting to the reader, we knew theyd fight the spider
feels like the writing is just terrible at handling multiple plot lines at the same time and end up copouting constantly
