Don't blame the Smash 4 community, even if they're happy they got in, the majority also agree with you that Melee "deserves" it more.

AFTER the documentary and evo and 13ish years. Sm4sh would still be a 'party' game of melee didn't hit big.

Not throwing shade, but newer games build off there predecessors popularity. Even with separate communities.

due to legacy I would agree. Although it's great to see smash 4 having it's time to build it's own legacy.

Das coo. Melee still gets Smash Summit x4 and PPMD coming back this year. Both are way better than Sunday finals :)
