no but it's a common argument for why floating is good, gives TPs more time for things like crews and fan interaction......
Oh and just FYI - players aren't floated so they can play in crews, since crews was a compendium reward & never guaranteed in the 1st place.

They're floated to be available for all compendium rewards and if any aren't met, general fan interaction etc, so almost right..
