Just to clarify:
At GENESIS 4, the Top 64 MIOM ranked players are floated to Round 2.
Smash 4 Wii U will not have floating in Round 1.

Not sure what he stated that he doesnt know to be true. Top 64 are floated; not necessarily seeded in exact MIOM order
this makes it a lesser problem but it's still pretty bad that you take top 64 out then seed instead of the other way

it should just be top 64 seeds straight up, there's no reason to do it any other way honestly.

Mostly we're only switching around the top 64 order to avoid situations like Colbol vs Wizzy early in top 64
