Imo it's not so much that 0/4/2 and 1/3/2 is the best, but is sure is a lot easier to play than the rest.
its both. Its even more played in pro games, and gets worse the higher rank you get. Makes it 10x worse than other metas

there are niche strats/picks but that doesnt change shit for ranked play and solo q which is what I play lol
