Oh and as for how I'm practicing - currently reconstructing a big part of it, will do a video once I've gotten more used to it!
I heavily recommend reading up more on practice regimes/routines for other things, lots of info to adapt to esports.

Honestly though, I feel like a big part of it is common sense and has more to do with discipline than knowledge.
