So I just figured out a not modding way to get easier dash pivot up tilts and down tilts in Melee. Also makes shield dropping easier. ROFL
this aint new, its why some people need button checks all the time lol

well yeah, but do people actually use this technique? It's obviously not nearly as easy as Smash Box but it's still good.
