The one weird diff is that smashbox has modifiers and not specific coordinates. LRUD are specific, but needed for framework

You can't have a button that goes 1. neutral 2. Shield drop Cuz that's macro, so how can u make digital buttons on GCC viable

Couldn't it just be a modifier that takes any angle on your stick and turns into the shield drop angle, p much overriding stick for a frame

It's just confusing because hitbox is using all the way down+modifier to get shield drop. u get nothing from Y2+D+right

if you allow smashbox then you need to allow for any kind of modifier, and it could b different from how smashbox does it

idk this topic is complicated like you said but specific coordinates aren't modifiers so gutz example isn't modifier.
