FGC has been around 10 years longer than Smash & I haven't heard a single complaint about their hands. Stretches only help, they don't fix.
ive heard several, and keyboard/mouse are as good as stick and they still get tons of issues

the issue is A LOT more complicated than controller choice since we use our hands for everything these days,tho sticks are better

Using a stick correctly (More wrist & arm movements) means almost no hand complications. Prolonged GCC Melee usage = guaranteed
