For the record, I'm against anything that causes the barrier of entry to increase. The allowing of mods would do this to an insane amount.

That said, the smashbox is far worse than a gamecube controller, but you can't allow turbo buttons just cuz 3rd party controllers suck.
Not really interested in discussing it more, its not going to get legalized, but if it does, expect me to adapt with my own mods.
