keep in mind, internet is not everywhere as good as in sweden. eg for me, it doesnt work at all
If the top European melee players actually want to improve and stop plateauing they need to start netplaying. Its your best tool to improve.

how does it not work at all?

20 ms to the neakrest server though it's supposed to be about 5-10 in netplay it sometimes goes up to 100-200

is this on ethernet with nothing else going on? I find a close range 200 ping p2p with 50/5 connections unlikely.
