You can add peanut butter to the oatmeal or toast. Really does make it better Drink your water! Important! You'll notice very noticable muscle gains in 8 weeks Good luck on your journey!

as someone who struggled with eating enough raw calories after lifting, the easiest way to do this is to eat a large meal immediately after working out and then drinking a protein or other type of shake after because drinking calories is a lot easier to do when you're full

better to do the opposite way, u dont wanna get your body to focus on recycling your meal just after the workout, better to drink a shake and only then after ~1 hour to eat a big healthy meal. Other than that, drink more water everyday and sleep 8 hours, gains to follow
