day two of basketball, shooting still sucko, but got some 2v2 in and had much better stamina in Gotta find a hoop to practice on >:(

Ideally when you shoot you want to use your legs for the power and just use your hands and arms to transfer the energy and guide the ball, rather than trying to use the strength of your arms to shoot. Make it all one motion.pic.twitter.com/YGCeZfTCdY
