isn't like 70% fighting games japanese at this point though
they'd most likely change the name to a regional pun, or at best it would take a minute to explain the pun to a non native speaker
That's fair, using a language/region specific play on words doesn't seem like a good choice if you're serious about your game

Just b/c a title is available globally doesn’t mean it can’t (or shouldn’t) be targeted to a specific country or demographic, up to and including the name.
