is there literally any fix to @elgatogaming hd60s constantly bluescreening with "memory management" as code?

first elgato ive had broke, second ive had so many problems with insane that one thing can cause so many issues

there is a reason why I still can't and don't recommend Elgato for capture. Streamdeck is nice, lights are fine I guess.

TBH from all the capture cards I've tried (Elgato, Avermedia, Blackmagic, StarTech/Micomsoft), only Elgato gave actual issues on the host PC. Blackmagic has compatibility issues but that's another topic. I've settled on Avermedia so far and no issues

You could try bluescreen view from nirsoft and see where exactly it is messing up. It could be a driver issue but you said you tried everything so I imagined you tried deleting the driver entirely. Can you test and see if it happens on another computer?
