first elgato ive had broke, second ive had so many problems with insane that one thing can cause so many issues

Most likely a ram issue on your PCs end. I'm thinking it's probably a memory leak issue.

Remove it and then run your pc without it. Your card may have died since I had this issue and my PC blue screened twice. Run a memory diagnostic. After that, restart, put the card back in. That’s when I realized my card broke, but maybe you have better luck

This is more then likely a ram issue should check your event viewer for anything right before the bluescreen

Updating/reinstalling elgato drivers didn't fix the issue? (since they never explicitly say this, running the elgato's own capture software once installs necessary drivers btw)

From what I quickly gathered, bad drivers, webcams, and faulty ram are the main reasons for this.
