Honestly, the best thing about Valorant to me (outside of the game being good) is that it makes me really fucking hyped for Riots fighting game. Really promising that they didn't really dumb anything down, went for clarity over particle effects, and prioritized netcode.

The bare bones visuals and focus on quality gameplay has me excited! With this being modeled after CSGO I’m intrigued on what the fighter will be modeled after.

will probably be built upon what the dev team working on it was already doing with rising thunder before riot acquired them, wich was a SF clone with specials working on a single button input with cooldowns instead of special imputs like qcf and so on

I mean TBF we still don't know a lot about the fighting game besides the fact that it has Ahri (who I reckon will be a lot like Minat in Street fighter) and Darius (smash players complaining about Byleth ain't seen nothing yet LMAO) in it. We still don't even know if it's 2 or 3D
