I use cam link and Sony A7III and it’s good for darker lighting setups It worked perfect for 6 months then would should off after an hour but I started unplugging the cam link off stream cause it’d over heat and it’s been great since ez 10 hour streams
its the time to ask again whats the best camera for streaming (camcorder type) it can be expensive as long as its worth and what else do I need to buy with it to make it work?

Nobody needs an a7iii just for streaming. it's such a waste and that full frame won't do anything unless you need that dynamic range for photo editing. Get a Sony a6100.

Not too sure on the camera side of things, but you'll need a capture card as it'll most likely have a HDMI output. People will say Camlink but USB capture devices suck, Elgato HD60 Pro (Or 4k60 Pro if you want overkill) is the way to go in that regard.

That^ Cannot stress how much you do not want to get a USB capture card for longer use cases.

You’ll go a lot farther with proper lighting than an expensive camera. The image is generally going to be scaled down to a fraction of the full resolution.

Lighting and a proper lens can make way more of a difference, especially when no matter how fancy your camera is, it’s getting compressed either way as it’s getting sent over internet, and not like any post work is being done for streaming.
