I shouldn't have said "definitely" because I can't confirm the future that's my bad but it being a month away and the tourney being in the Midwest it isn't a Hotspot for the virus. Either way traveling will always put you at risk especially if you will be on a coast.

I heard the virus is not resistant to hot temperatures so wouldn't one be safer in coastal regions?

I go to IU and live in Bloomington and there have been no cases in the state or anywhere near here. Campus is on very low alert and the threat level is about as low here as you are gonna see

Midwest US hasn't had too many cases. Id be worried about events on the West Coast (of course this could all change on a dime so no guarantees)
