I have an iced oat matcha every daaaaay
Both are good, im trying to switch off almond cuz of the environment. In sweden we have lactose free milk everywhere!

I do believe the "almonds are bad for environment" thing is overblown, since they're still many times better than things like cow milk and meat products are way way worse. Your head's in the right place, though, and it's still good of you to do

(this isn't meant to say "almonds aren't bad because other things are worse", it's just the amount almonds are talked about relative to things that are worse is not good)
