Fighting games are about adaptation; if you lose because your opponent has a coach and you don’t, it’s either time to level up so they can’t stop you or get a coach of your own. There’s no correct answer, but I think coaching is good for spectator/tournament scene.
this is a ridiculous way of using "adaptation" "fighitng games are all about adaptation, if your opponent is intentionally soiling themselves mid match to cause you to lose focus, its time to soil yourself too or just deal with it" It's unfair and literally 2v1 most times.

our ecosystem literally cant even support paying players enough, let alone paid coaches for 99% of players. Allowing midset coaching just fucks over everyone that travels and hasn't been in the scene a long time.

I'm with both. It think its good but unfair on the current situation. Because of how it escalates. Your teammate telling you in 1m one thing you missed it's ok but it can end up as having a person literally making the strategies for you and havung a huge impact on the game.
