Damage is high, but I don't think it seems like a game where the pace will be fast enough for 3/5 yet. Too early to say, but I'd expect it should start 2/3 and adjust if the game pace matches a UMvC3/BBTag match.
Maybe, did you see fighting tuesday tho? That was fast af and everyone was doing half the damage they should

Yeah, but I expect the neutral to slow down a bit when AA combos always deal 50% and people punish random roll/run better. Maybe it won't, but I think the way run works/AA damage/how strong fireballs are will slow things down a bit.

The thing is imo, that unlike most footsie games you can actually get hard knockdown from a single whiff punish. Even full screen projectiles lead to pressure for many, esp metera/ferry Maybe tho, definitely down to wait and see but I played it vs good players and rounds go FAST
