Upsmash isn't a true combo(frame 1 options can escape) Fsmash can be avoided with airdodges Forward air whiffs sometimes Back air doesnt have the correct autoangle, whiffs 50% of the time and limits his combo chains Bomb can sometimes spike???? 1/3
YL buffs are big, all of them matter but fthrow is still not a real kill throw. Character is still hilariously badly made tho, bombs and up B being essentially random and kills, usmash dropping, bair dropping ,fair dropping etc Pretty fun to kill consistently tho

Aerial upB doesnt work on certain fast fallers + the fall out(Fox, Greninja, etc.) Grounded upB is a 50-50 thats RNG, leads into a kill confirm w/ upAir if it goes straight up, sometimes goes diagonal cus this games dumb sometimes Prepatch, his tether sucked ASS 2/3

I think YL is actually one of the best character made. what do you mean he is bad? All his stuff in his move set helps him combo so well, the only thing he struggle at is killing sometimes

A lot of his stuff is poorly designed and promotes mashing and camping at the same time. Alongside that, a lot of his moves straight up dont work/dont work the intended way. His moveset flows really well and works well together, but individually they're a mess

fthrow is about as good a kill throw a character like YL can hope for tbh, with him being so fast and small and full of projectiles.

Agreed. If I get an up-B OOS with him when the opponent's at 0% and try to follow up with bair they just fall out of it sometimes. Same thing happens at 150% sometimes. Needs some fixes
