Personally hate fd as Pichu in most matchups. I think neutral is really hard to play vs a lot of characters without plats

Just play Wario so you can just gentlemen to Lylat or Kalos since now If Pika camps Waft appears, and then on Lylat the platforms assist Wario.

FD and Kalos are flat so combos, kalos has walls so t-jolt, they are both campable. I think I’m not a pika/pichu main
