Had a good time streaming Tekken today, and did my review. Full video will be up on youtube but TLDR: tekken 7 is a great game but its not for everyone, and without an active offline scene I'd rather spend my time in a game that I like more. Ty for watching!
I will say, if you think you'll be into Tekken and don't mind learning through YT and a game with a big movelist and a few wonky legacy mechanics, its on sale right now for steam! So now is a good time if you do wanna try it.

Thanks for giving it a try! I'd recommend players who just want stuff to constantly learn and who enjoy a heavily movement and footsy based games give it a try, but probably not if you are trying to get competitive fast.
Should I learn Tekken classes from Me. Taxi? He basically wrote you an essay on how complex and depth Tekken is. 
I haven't been following the LeffXTekken Arc too closely, so what are the wonky legacy mechanics? Not trying to start beef, moreso curious as someone who's been playing Tekken for years and hasn't really thought about it like that

Its not for everyone. I suck at fgs but found my place in Tekken. I don't suck that much in this one and i beat the legacy players from here in tournaments. You just have to drop the rest of the games you're playing in order to learn tekken.
