Tekkens engine is a VERY unique one, and because of how much legacy there is left and that its 3D means that it won't be for everyone, even if they go through the first initial rough learning curve. Saying Git Gud to any critiscm just makes you look like a Dark Souls fanboy.
I don't think I've ever said "you're just too bad" at someone expressing a problem they have with melee, a game just as hard (imo harder) as tekken. Sometimes you don't see the solution yet, so tell em, and other times its a subjective (a legit) complaint. Git gud is never right
Git gud is less of an insult and more of a summary. There's not going to be a short cut for Dark Souls or Tekken. You just have to put in that work. Maybe Twitter isn't the best place to have these kind of conversations.
L M F A O theres a TON of short cuts for dark souls LOL, and a TON of tekken moves has a very exploitable weaknesses that you can just google or have someone tell you. git gud when used against critiscm is 100% a shitty deflection

y'know why dark souls fans say git gud? cause folk say "how do you beat this boss/area" a million times. and the fans reply git gud cause they've answered it a million +1 times, they're fed up of repeating themselves every 5 mins. it legit just means keep trying, you'll get there
well then they are wrong because Dark Souls is an easy once you are told: rolls have i-frames, equipment have weights/over encumbrance, curved sword 2 handed R1 spam is OP, you can cheese with the bow. If u dont tell em these things they are going to ask for them more...
