So you think rest is better than puffs ability to ledge camp, air camp, and the fact that she can stall while winning and losing, all combined? If puff is consistently resting you on the first stock of each game, you probably deserve to lose anyway imo
yeah. It goes from being a 1 frame move than trades stock half the time to a +1 stock move.

Youve said yourself that you can frame any move to sound broken with the right wording. Im not really convinced by "1 frame kill move" If puff ledge stalled and air camped harder in our normal format, she would be unbeatable by most of the cast! Your perspective seems fox based

I think stalling rules should be added to the standard ruleset too, you're only thinking your current ruleset vs current regular ruleset. And honestly I don't really agree with your ruleset on many levels anyway, so I'm gonna stop arguing now. Gl.
