She's much less broken now! She can't camp you with a lead. She can't camp you if shes losing. She can't ledge camp If you play peach puff and get rested often, you're usually losing regardless imo. This makes it so you don't have to make a comeback
Rest is already by far the best move in melee and you buffed it by a TON in your format, big disagree

So you think rest is better than puffs ability to ledge camp, air camp, and the fact that she can stall while winning and losing, all combined? If puff is consistently resting you on the first stock of each game, you probably deserve to lose anyway imo

yeah. It goes from being a 1 frame move than trades stock half the time to a +1 stock move.
