this requires a very specific spacing and timing, basically dj uairing inside them, try a recording with fastfall -> mash + drift and it'll be WAY harder - and even then that hard loses to falling aerial or ff airdodge

theres a lot of layers to it. all im saying is its not like, THE option, theres ways to beat it. of course its a good option but its not like there is 0 counterplay. it is still a good option

from what ive noticed, rising multihits/hits from the side are much harder to phantom footstool bc even if u get the footstool you still get hit. so itll be good in some scenarios, and not good in some scenarios, but its not the one option that will always win
