its actually extremely strong against squirtle and depending on footstool height very good vs ivy. you can also dodge zard uair and up b for free

You can bait it out as squirtle, make them burn a DJ and abuse it with ivy upB/uair. I wouldn't say that tech hurts PT advantage that much, just adds another layer. Hope it get eventually patched though.

Just because it has counterplay doesn’t mean it can’t be useful. Every option is trash if spammed and predictable.
