Don't think I've ever had such a terrible first impression, out of all the fighting games I've played, but im sure people will dismiss it as not a real problem because there's other communities that are also toxic.

I started Tekken 3 months ago and i had no problems with it, even some smurfs added me on Steam to give me tips. That's just my experience tho

I've had a similar experience. Played 10 straight games with a Devil Jin who was bodying me. He added me and was telling me about the matchup and what was punishable. Stranger was legit trying to help me be a better player.

Honestly i believe it's your chat. Half the people talking tekken there ive never seen in any other Tekken stream. The Tekken community isn't toxic. There's online trolls everywhere. They're just taking advantage of a new player.
