This is just theorycraft but have you tried down smash with Charizard for when they go low & something like fair when they go high? 40 frames to react should mean that you can adjust your punish based on Chrom's height when he starts.
Fair doesn't consistently win, just watch my match vs ramin lmao. Low recoveries that close almost never happen to begin with, but ud use down angled ftilt. If you want to lab useful stuff, lab what can beat chrom up b when its on the way down. Char can mby fsmash and up b.
Zard's f-tilt works as well but hitting Chrom up-b on the way down is really inconsistent without superarmor, projectile, counter etc etc
Yeah. The real important test would be if flare blitz can be done on reaction or MAYBE fsmash since its head invul. Up B can (armor) but it doesn't kill until 140 sooo
