If anyone thinks Mango at #2 OR #3 is objectively correct, you're wrong. Completely depends on what you value. Mango has losses to Magi, Spark, ARMY, Magi, Lucky, and is 0-3 on aMSa. Leffen has two losses outside of the top 5, and one outside of the top 10.

If you want to reward activity and go with Mango, there's an argument. If you want to reward consistency and go with Leffen, there's an arugment. If you think you're objectively correct and call other opinions stupid, you're an idiot.

im 100% sure mango is getting ranked 2nd lmao, people have always decided that the most important thing between peaks and consistency is the one that the favorite player performed better in. Recency bias as well guarantees it 100%

People will obv also try to punish me the same way as wizzy despite me living in sweden That said the ranking has never meant shit and anyone who sees it as significant who is 2nd vs 3rd is a weenie. Real ranking is hbox 1 and then a bunch of people who are close.

Imo activity should be rewarded for sure, way better for the game, but I also think internationals need to have the benefit of the doubt when they attend less. Me/amsa/trif etc has it WAY harder to travel to as many events.

Like for me I had 6 majors from may-november (the time where I competed in melee) and I had a 2 month break where I couldnt go to anything because of visa issues.
