Getting hit and losing the match to something because you didn't know it existed and couldn't possibly have known outside of being lucky to living close enough to a main of the particular main is not fun and even for the person who wins with it the enjoyment doesn't last long.
And having designs such as puff/little mac/bowser/bayo/hero where the core design isn't really fit to be competitive in the same game as wolf means that the game plays really wonky and there's less time to make chars actually work (see multi hits)

besides the obvious upb which makes a lot of usually safe moves on Shield unsafe, his rapid hits armor can stop a lot of moves from working properly and his aerial side b is aids to deal with also f-air is annoying but I guess it's just a busted moves amongst many others
