When she is laddering you to the top just DI out, she has no reliable way to kill you upwards. Her best stages are BF, Yoshis story and Lylat. As for DI out if her combos you want to SDI up. It will pop you out of her UP B and make it harder for her to hit you with Fair/Uair

DI down and away can make the combos really hard to connect too, same with the SDI. if you SDI up you escape her follow ups but you're still above her and upair has good range, while SDI down/away pops you down. this means you'll land first and be able to punish her lag.

Down and away I believe. Block a lot since she kills so late from grabs (160% at ledge I think), Bayo's love side b'ing from the ledge and it beats most approaches. Always remember that they are looking to witch time and bair you for kills.
