Obviously I haven't really gotten to the meat of the game yet (still stuck in "tutorials"a few hours in) but I can't really recommend buying the game so far UNLESS you really enjoyed X/Y & S/M. If you liked those then this is game is probably also going to be aight for you.
It's still a pokemon game and it the formula still 100% works - its just that I and many others were hoping for a game better than just "playable" from the most profitable franchise in history.
That all said its a great chill stream game and I will keep an open mind for the rest of the game to hopefully rectify the bad start. Live in half an hourish :)

With all these game, save, and system breaking glitches that are popping up, "playable" is starting to look like a bit of a stretch
I love pokemon. Hell I have so much merch. But with everything... it's just too much money for too little, had it been the same price as the 3ds games, I might have gotten it, but it's too expensive for too many lies.
Exactly, it feels like an upscaled 3ds Port. I hope for more but its still an OK game nothing great but also nothing Bad.
