Due to me having to improve as a player instead of a character abuser, I regret to inform that I'll have to shove whatever other secondaries aside and focus mainly on Peach (at least 90%), but also - here it comes - on Zelda again. Apologies for all of those involved.

I need characters I'm already comfortable with. Unless you already have a strong gameplan with your character that you can execute subconciously, learning matchups or player vs player strategies is hard. Zelda also rewards player vs player like a mofo (Peach does too but less)

if you want to improve as a player, pick lucina or wolf not zelda. problem with zelda is that no one knows how to properly play vs them and you end up playing with more knowledge than the opp 99% of the time, which wont be the case for peach at high level.

also, playing wolf/lucina or some other generic char will give you much more understanding of how other people play/see the game, which zelda will not. in general, when improving, doing what is "comfortable" to you is the easiest way to plateau

I'll give them a try. The problem I have is that I'm afraid that I'll become a character abuser with those chars as well. I'll learn what RPS situations are the best for me and play in those but I wont know how to win them as often as possible based on opponents habits etc

in that case you'll at the very least gain understanding of what those chars abuse.
