alot of characters have 2 less frames of total getup, however that does not affect how much intangibility they have (or dont have), for example yls total get up frames is 32 and hes intangible 1-31, however if you have a 34 total frame getup then you are intangible for 1-33

GW has normal frame data for that. Watch his mouth, it always opens on frame 1 when they push neutral getup and it's really easy to punish hard once you get used to the timing. He has basically no animation for ledge jump tho

ledge getups are nearly all the same give or take 2 frames, but game and watch's regular getup animation starts with him opening his mouth and the camera wont show it half the time
