Is there any prequel better than Fate/Zero? Speaking strictly on things that were actually written after, not stories told non-linearly.

In general I think I have to give Fate/Zero a 10/10 just because of how it both works as a prequel, introduction to the rest of the series, and as a complete interesting standalone series

Actually just finished watching fate/zero with some friends knowing nothing about fate and it did a great job of being a interesting standalone show. It did not punish me for never having seen any fate series before. Might check out the other series now because of it.

It's imo far and away the best just a heads up. I felt like nothing on fate came remotely close to it personally
