Pretty likely. At least it was booked out for when I tried to go there when I was in town. Never hurts to give a shot as reservations. Never know if the storm opened up a few spots by ruining some travel plans.

^^! someone mentioned before that if you wanna walk in it's best for lunch (11:30AM-ish), and iirc you can book reservations through Ikyu/JPNEazy (pay in advance) or your hotel concierge.
