The system can't get top heavy though, otherwise it will crush itself. The players are certainly a draw but these events cost 6 figures to run and it is hard to make so many different audiences pleased with the event
Of course, I'm not saying there shouldn't be a balance. but right now top players are getting completely ripped off relatively.
I'm doing my best to balance everyone's experiences. Look for Pound and SSC 2020 to improve upon these experiences (as well as Glitch 8, which has $15 entry btw), I think we can get the balance a little closer to where it should be
Why not $20? Why not more? So many people willing to pay for plane tickets, hotel rooms, overpriced food but $10 is make-or-break?
