Otherwise, if this isnt used, her rule should be unique from other characters. Similar to how metaknight had a lower lgl # and a fly-under-stage rule, she should also have something unique to her, even if it's as minor/simple as a lower #
I agree that airtime rule would help, but I think shes still insanely broken with that. IMO she needs a bigger nerf, maybe give people an extra ban vs her. Ppl will flame me but I don't personally think its out of the question

agree. no one on earth wants to see puff on dreamland vs anyone but falcon. stray hits up to 130% is not fun to watch sometimes I even wonder if it's a better strategy to SD 4 times on DL and keep momentum than slog through 8 mins. even if you win it's straight back to DL. bleak
I feel like that Puff's most favorite place is Dreamt 64.

I mean, I think it’d be healthy for the longevity of the game. And that just means dreamland would usually be banned, which isn’t all that bad, puff is just stupid on that stage, no idea how you beat Hbox there. Multiple top players not playing cause of puff
Just you and plup being dissuaded to my knowledge, but still, two of the best melee players. Puff is good enough without dreamland too. She also straight up invalidates multiple characters. My only reservation is idk how good it is to discriminate against one character so much.
I have a simpler rule to enforce. Puff cannot win on time out, she has to speedrun the game, no excuses Puff has the best tools to end things fast. rn Puff is both the safest and deadliest character.
Is the taunt counter completely out of the question for timeouts and stalling genuinely curious why this can't be done?
taunt rule is dumb, taunt time changes per character. if you taunt near ledge with she could just jump on and rest. if you taunt from the other side of stage, falco taunt is even slower than puffs so she could hop on and taunt faster than you. doesn't stop air camping either
