Regardless of my own experiences at Shine I want to apologize to the TOs for using overly harsh language when complaining about Shine. I still think its necessary to complain since its really seems to be the thing that leads to changes, but still. I know you guys mean well.
I hope next year is better. I'm still going to be far more selective about whats tournaments I enter but its important to remember that I wouldn't be where I am if not for TOs that do this shit for the love of the game/community. Its just really frustrating for me.

During tournaments its very hard for me to have long discussions, but feel free to msg me or come into my stream leading up to the events. I'm always open to help but when things go wrong at events, there usually isnt a explanation good enough (no headsets for mainstage for ex)
Something that would be helpful is highlighting things that go right at events. As someone who reads as much feedback as I can to take notes for pre-planning meetings for events, I keep a list of the good, bad, and ugly.
Its hard to mention the good for me because it feels like we massively regressed this year

The most egregious thing they did was build the brand up as a major in the heart of Boston with tons to do, then when that same venue adds a direct ferry to the casino they move in to the middle of nowhere
