Its honestly bonkers just how rare it is to see two good players play their mains against their other.
Like it's hilarious how anyone can think that the avg ult top players is hard working cuz they play elite smash with Hero the entire week before a super major

Samsora went to Mexico and grinded with Leo is the only example I can give tbh, it's nice to see when top players are grinding with each other because it's not about the pettiness and how much they hate each other and it's more about the skill between them.

I think a good wake up call would be smashers going to watch how hard other tier 1 esports players practice (fortnite, league, Dota, cs:go, etc). People wish for fortnite’s $$ but would get crushed by the work ethic of even 14 year olds in the game

You’re not wrong but for those games either those pro players legitimately enjoy the game, or there’s enough money in it for the grind to be worth it. Ult just doesn’t have that. The pros don’t seem to like the game enough to put in that much dedication and there’s no money in it
