I've seen some examples of some TO's multitasking between playing and managing the tourney and bracket. It's hella hard but it's possible depending on attendance and venue size.
Just sponsor your own tournament and put someone in charge of TOing day-of that you trust. You just need a group of people who can help carry out the vision. But if you win your own tournament, you cheated lmao
Just run the tournament one year to establish what you want and then get volunteers together to hell the next year.
