I just got diagnosed with depression just recently and it’s easy to neglect taking care of myself and to spend time working on my life, and instead putting that temporary fulfillment in just Smash, which is definitely not the way to go. Thanks man! I'm just starting out and feel kind of lost, floating between trying to get all the fundamentals perfect in training mode, and just playing the game. I definitely need to play more matches to get a sense of what I need practice in the first place.

What I really want is a detailed video series of fundamental concepts and game mechanics. Something with thought and effort put into it. Something beyond a screen grab from a twitch stream. Something with the lvl 1 beginner in mind that can be hand-holdy at times.

I feel like half of my learning has come from top players talking on twitter using terms I wouldn't know just from playing a lot (tf is a RAR, tf is a disjoint, etc)
