menu pull up is not reactable because you can cancel it. whack is 6 frame startup and kills at 0%, can cover 3/4 ledgeoptions on reaction. Looking at the spells is FAR harder for the opponent as well, since they have to react to the menu and dont know if hes gonna cancel
also youre only locked down for 19 frames, and you can move (in the air) and looking at the spells does not take nearly as much time as you think (and even then, you can just get lucky with a top deck, which is definitely humanly confirmable in 20 frames)
