Full agree, I don’t really care about banning Hero. But it bugs me when people even try to compare Hero’s RNG to Faust’s (or Teddie or Platinum) It’s not even the same level

I care way less about this than you, but the idea that RNG alone is ban worthy isn't a good argument. But you already know that. It's the strength of the moves that come from RNG. I don't know how strong G&W 9 pull is in Ult but how much of an actual threat are Hero RNG pulls?
Thwack and wack have a chance to kill at 0. Magic burst will almost always kill an opponent trying to recover. Hatchet man instantly breaks shield. Psych up turns a few quicker moves into one hit shield breaks. Magic burst won't break shield but shield pokes guaranteed. And more

One big reason is 1 option v 4 options(+cancel). You can see both the menu options and Faust's items and react accordingly, but the delay on all of Faust's stuff give you a time to react and you can react to the full pull+startup. with Hero, because he has 4 RNG options 1/2
