Like yeah it seems good now, but imagine if in smash 6 the buffer is toggleable and they do basic quality of life things such as improve the online, not make you repick your characters after every match and delete Hero from the roster.

Smash 4 is gonna be the only one in the series. Brawl players still love Brawl, Melee players still love Melee, it’s only Smash 4 players that fucking hate Smash 4.

Definitely not. Ultimate is just really good. There will always be people who will prefer the newer game because it's new but I genuinely think Smash Ultimate is way better than Smash 4. That being said I (and many too)had way more issue moving from Brawl to 4 than 4 to Ultimate.

I'd honestly just like a game that's more like Ultimate again, maybe with more hitstun and none of the really dhmb buffer mechanic. Ult is easily my favourite way to play smash while in 4's case I enjoyed the new characters and updated graphics more than I enjoyed the mechanics.

Guaranteed. When next Smash comes out everyone will be saying "man I forgot how bad Ultimate was" but the new one is ass too, and the cycle will repeat over and over until we realize that we should just play Melee.

No because Ultimate is actually good. Smash 4 was shit the whole way through and people really only played it cuz they didn't feel like playing melee
