I don't think your video was a good breakdown of rng or even hocus pocus either tbh, id recommend reading up on how card games and other games deal with RNG. Testing before a ban is cool in theory, but terrible in practice. If someone wins with hero now itll be "ur banning x"!
This is what happened with MK for example - by the time he was banned half the player base already played him. Real talk, theres no arguments you can use against items that you cant use against heros rng.

Yeah, I did mention this very specific Meta Knight situation and 2 items arguments in a similar vein. So you are pretty much saying that banning him now would be the easiest way to remove the problem before someone wins with him and then it'll be called bias?

ask yourself this: why do we not hesitate to ban hazard stages and items? Because theres no "Temple" mains, or "pokeball" mains. What I am saying is, just like with other stages/items, test him out at a locals and smaller tournaments FIRST and then allow him at supermajors.

well theres bad effects from rng - theres bad items Just rush him down - just dont let them get the final smash ball Yet we never "needed to test" items or final smash meter in ult because its obviously not ment for competitive play. Just like Hero.

Honestly if he looked like duck hunt and was the same moveset wise he would be banned but people are blinded by his cool design and that he is from a loved game.
